Tip #4: If you are a public figure in a position of high power who is much lambasted in the New Orleans print and TV media, do NOT leave less than 15%. It's a bad move because A) you have a name tag on and your server knows who you are, B) you know you can afford to tip 15%, and C) it just confirms people's suspicions about you. Not that I am referring to any particular public figure. I am JUST SAYING.
