On Brian Engblom's Hair...
Sweetie: Why does this guy show up on TV every playoffs?
Me: Brian Engblom?
Sweetie: I think the question we need to be asking is, who is he? And why does he have such a bad haircut?
Me: It's a mullet.
Sweetie: It's a neo-mullet.
Me: He used to play hockey. In the 80's, which explains the hair.
Sweetie: It's like he shaves the sides and then it's long in the back.
Me: It is some awful hair.
By the way, Buffalo Sabres 2007... representing for Upstate all the way to the Cup. You heard it here first.

While it's true that hockey playoff rock and Engblom has probably had that hair style for 25 years now, Barry Melrose has the superior mullet. However, Melrose is a putz. Thus the better the mullet the worse the commentary...which is why Engblom kind of rocks. That and if hockey play-offs was an 80s movie, Engblom would be the Anthony Michael Hall character.
Melrose has the worst hair of TV commentating. BUT, he is not on Versus, so we don't have to look at it! :-)
